Rosehip Petal Powder

Rosehip petals are ready for picking just now this late July in Denmark. So get out there in nature and pick some. Then simply dry them in your oven on 212 F/100C for about 30 minutes until they are completely dry. Cool and crumble with your fingers.

Sprinkle the pretty pink powder on cakes, cookies, breakfast or whatever you like. I have made addictive pop tarts quite a bit this summer. I will repost the must-have-super-easy recipe…
