This is not so much a recipe. It is simply inspiration for one of my favorite summer coffee drinks.
Grab a handful of roasted hazelnuts and toss in your blender with a spoonful of instant coffee powder and your favorite sweetener. I prefer coconut sugar. Then pour in a large glass of water and blend away.
Adjust consistency with nuts if too thin or water if too thick.
Pour over ice and enjoy.
You can use other nuts (I like raw almonds). Add flavours like vanilla, cinnamon or syrup or make it an iceblend. You can strain your latte for an even smoother texture – depending on the power of your blender.
