Iced Dalgona Coffee
Apparently Korean Dalgona Coffee is the drink to have these days, so I wanted one too!
Simply whip 1 tbsp instant coffee, 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp boiling water per serving.
Serve over your choice of milk with ice cubes or heat milk and top with the thick coffee cream.
That’s it. Some top with crumbled cookies. I shaved some dark chocolate. Enjoy!
