This is my favorite tuna salad. It’s great for lunch, but also fancy enough for a dinner sandwich, if you are short on time. Serve with salad or veggie sticks. You can prepare the tuna salad a couple of days in advance.
- 2 cans of tuna 5 oz / 142 gr
- 1/4 cup / 60 ml cranberries, dried
- 1/4 cup / 60 ml parsley, chopped
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Tabasco sauce, to taste
- Mix all the ingredients togther.
- Season, sandwich and serve.
